Mark Your Calendars - LCR Fall Festival Set For October 24th! (notice posted September 1, 2010) The LCR Fall Festival will be October 24th from 2-5pm. National Night Out - October 5th, 2010! Block Captains Needed! (notice posted September 1, 2010) Block Captains needed! Get to know your neighbors and help cut down on crime. We are planning the National Night Out Against Crime event for October 5th, 2010! Please contact Dean Hansen atif you would like to participate as an organizer for your block party. We will be meeting soon to set the plan into motion.
City of Allen Pet Waste Ordinance (July 30th, 2010) A resident emailed us after walking around the parks and ponds and noticing that there are quite a few dog/pet owners who are either not aware of Allen's pet waste ordinance or are not abiding by it. Here's the info. from the City of Allen's website: It shall be unlawful for the owner to permit or allow an animal to
defecate upon public or private property and fail to remove and dispose
of in a sanitary manner any feces left by such animal. [click here to] Learn more about the impact of pet waste to our storm water system. So, please remember to scoop your pet's poop!
LCR Crime Watch Meeting notes (July 30thth, 2010) We
received several requests for some notes from the 7/27/10 LCR Crime Watch meeting. They are kind of long, but we wanted to include some details that were relevant

to rain. Dean Hansen Lost Creek Ranch Crime Watch Committee Don't Forget About Online Architectural Control Application Submission!
You can now submit your applications online (required for any exterior property change/improvement)! To do so, go to CMA Management's website at http://www.cmamanagement.com/. If you don't already have a login, you can set one up by selecting "Need to Register?" in the upper right corner of the page. Once logged in, roll over the "Customer Service" tab and click "ACC Requests". There you can see all the requests you have pending or previously submitted as well as submit a new request. To submit, click the "New ACC Request" tab. Fill out the online application and attach necessary files, pictures/drawings, and plot survey. Once done, click "Submit ACC Request". NOTE: Check the Lost Creek Ranch HOA website at http://www.lostcreekranchhoa.com/ for current ACA Guidelines; this will help you determine what supporting documents you need to submit. Log in and look under "Resource Center" then see the "Governing Documents" (ACA guidelines start on page 86). Submitting your application and supporting documentation electronically will not only provide a faster response time for you, but will help control administrative costs since our management company will not have to scan the information to store it digitally. So sign up, sign in, and submit those Modification Applications online! It's convenient for you, the management company, and the ACA Committee! Thank you, ACA Committee Members
