Pay Online and View Your Account on the CMA Website
Visit CMA’s homepage to set up a log in to view your account and pay online. Select Register Here in the top right corner of the page to set up a User Profile and receive your password by e-mail. Your new CMA account number is located on your November assessment statement. You may also contact your association manager or CMA Customer Service (972-943-2828) to obtain your new CMA account number. For the present time, you will keep your current log-in for your association website, and create a separate log-in for the CMA website.

LCR Crime Watch Alert!
(January 21)
Monday the 18th an arrest was made! A great amount of appreciation goes out to an alert and diligent LCR resident. She made a phone call to the Allen police last night when she noticed and watched a person that was up to no good in our neighborhood. Thanks to her, a few stolen items have already been returned. This is what it takes to keep our neighborhood safe!
NOTE: According to the police officers, they found several garage door openers in the suspects’ vehicle and several stolen items. They had an admission from the individual that he had broken into several vehicles and was also utilizing the garage door openers to obtain access to any garages he could get into.
So, please remember to lock your cars, close your garage doors, and remove any garage door openers and valuables if cars are left outside. I know we can forget at times but if we all watch out for each other and give a hand if you notice a door open, especially at night, we have a better chance to deter thieves.

 LCR Holiday Yard Decorating Contest Winners!

Hello Neighbors,
The Holiday Decorating Contest has come to a close and the judges have made their decisions. There are so many beautiful displays in Lost Creek Ranch and we enjoyed perusing all of them. Thanks to all who wrote in and let us know who their favorites were.
 First Place goes to 1521 Silver Spur
Second Place goes to 1706 Shelborn
Third Place goes to 1401 Kenya
Full-sized photos of the winning homes can be seen in the "Stay Connected" tab above (click on "Photo Gallery" and you'll see them).Last, but not the least, an Honorable Mention had to go to the whole Street of April Rain. How beautiful it is to drive by and see all of the homes so tastefully lit, one after the other. 
For all of the Place winners your sign has been placed in your yard and a Lowe’s gift card will be delivered soon.

Lost Creek Ranch Fall Yard/Garage Sale
(November 11th)
LCR had a community-wide yard/garage sale the mornings of November 7th & 8th. Sale signs were out near community entrances (we're working on getting more/better signs for next time) and advertisements were placed. Residents put signs out in front of their homes and sold lost of stuff! Did you miss it? The next sale should be in the spring. If you'd like to help, click on "Contacts" above and then "Board & Committees". The Beautification committee helped organize but could use more volunteers.
